Our Doctors recommend after your surgery, one way to help reduce the amount of pain you experience is to apply a cool compress (cold therapy) on to whichever hip, knee or shoulder has been operated.

Cold therapy has been proven to lessen the amount of pain, reduce inflammation and thereby speed up recovery. Another benefit of cold therapy is that by reducing pain, patients will not require as much strong pain medicine.

NOT using cold therapy will not affect the chance of a successful operation. It is simply a way of helping manage the pain after surgery.

In the beginning, have 50 mg 3 times a day. not helped. Therefore after 100 mg. 3 times a day and additionally tramadol. That made the pain more bearable. Now I have had an operation on my herniated disc and now I have to stop taking the tablets. Unfortunately, I have very strong withdrawal symptoms and therefore still take 2 tablets before going to bed.
